Yes, as a general rule, add "in bed" to the end. I didn't know anyone else knew that.

"In bed" or "between the sheets" -- same principle applies.

When I was a kid, whenever we would go to a Chinese restaurant, my father would aleays open his first, and say the same thing, pretending to read: "Help, I'm a prisoner in a Chinese bakery." :D
