Greetings and Salutations all! I know I'm not a regular poster anymore, but rest assured, you are all still fondly in my heart! My wife and I are traveling to Germany at the end of the month and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on places to visit while we're there? We're all ready hitting Linderhoff and Neuschwanstein, plus visiting Dachau, but it's been 12 years since I was there and I don't remember all the great places to visit. Post to your hearts content!

Dachau? Is that the one near Hannover? I´m going to Han in early April.
But since it´s my first trip to germany I don´t have any tips. |

If you're going to be in the vicinity of Munich, maybe Borvik can give you a few good tips. He lives there.

Avoid Bahn, but check out Köln (Pronounced Chologne by other cultures) It has a tremendouse Cathedral there and an ancient roman culture museum. Great place to visit especially during winter due to the atmosphere created by the snow and the many flee-market shops. I also recomend Berlin, kickass mall there and great culture, though the last time I went there Russian soldiers who never pulled out were sitll selling their belt buckles to buy their way back to Moscow I dont know what shape it's in now...
