I just like Colin Powell so much. I really don't know if his case before the UN convinced me. Nevertheless, I hope this picture is an indication that America has gotten over the largest hurdles in its race relations. Can you hear the glass ceiling breaking?

If you're trying to knock two rooms into one, you could do better than knocking down the ceiling. ;)

Ooo, careful with those glass shards :D

Could someone explain a little? I really don't get it....

Colin Powell is black; no black person has ever risen as high as he is in american politics.

He doesn't look black - maybe that's the answer

Gee - shows how wrong I was - my first thought when the glass ceiling was mentioned was "look - all male bastion - no women" - that must be what he is talking about.

Powell is an impressive person, if someone can convince him to run I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. I think perhaps he would have a chance too, which is REALLY saying something about his broad appeal. |
I dont trust any politician, and that goes along with me not trusting lawyers either, despite races sex or creed, I dont trust any of them. In other words he is as good as the next candidate.
