Have you actually tried using a search engine to search for "HTML reference" you might come up with a few million pages telling you how to do that basic HTML. ;)
www.w3schools.com is a good general reference for web development. |
<font color="00cc99"> < font color="colour" > what you want to type < /font >
Oh and get rid of the spaces in the <> tags and leave the "" on each side of the colour</font> [ 02-04-2003, 09:45 AM: Message edited by: Deathbringer ] |
I don't know UBB, can anyone recommend where I can find the tags for it? I can't find anything in the FAQ about it.
Thanks in advance! |
I tried, but I haven't found :(
Then I decided to ask here, and let somebody else search! HAHAHAHA! [img]graemlins/firedevil.gif[/img] |
Theres probably a better page than this, but heres the relevant part of the user guide for the forum software:

<font color="lightblue">Imediately left of the box where you type a post/Private Message (and I *THINK* next to the signature box in your profile), there`s a little message saying "UBB Code is Enabled" - Click it. [img]smile.gif[/img]
Some very basic HTML for you:</font> <font color="white">Change font colour:</font> <font color="<font color="red">colorname</font>">Change font colour</font> List of useable colours <del>Strikethough text</del> <del>Strikethrough text<</del> <font size="6">Change font size</font> <font size="<font color="red">Value</font>">Change font size</font> For "value", you can use an absolute value or a varier. Absolute values are any number from 1 - 6, you are reading a size 3 font most of the time. Variers are "+x" or "-x", which moves the size x points in the direction indicated from browser default. <font face="Times New Roman,Times">Change font</font> <font face="<font color="red">Exact font name</font>">Change font</font> The font chosen must be on the VIEWERS computer to work properly. <U>Underline text</u> <u>Underline text</u> Bold Text <strong>Bold Text</strong> Italic Text <i>Italic Text</i> |
