Here's the problem with this: IT'S TOO VAST. In trying to clean up the internet and child molestation issues, they put some nuggets in this that are over-the-top. Sexual activity with a mentally handicapped person is now illegal??? Did they ask all those mentally handicapped folks if they want to be celibate??? The movie "The Other Sister" is now about an illegal act that will end in jail time for, get this, *both* people?

My only problem with the proposed law is that the parents dont get thrown in jail as well. If you are such a shitty parent that you dont know what sites your kids go to or who they talk to in chat rooms then you need to not be allowed to have children. Any parent who allows children to go on the net unsupervised is just looking for trouble. Aside from that , I say go for it. Lock up all the pervs and toss away the keys.
