Why does there never seem to be anyone on the icewind dale 2 forum. Alright so it is not as good a game as the bg series and neverwinter takes it into 3d, but someone must play it!! The icewind dale series is probably the worst of black isles efforts, but i am playing it through, is everyone else just not bothering?

i been playing it lately, just don't want to go there cos i'll be tempted to look at spoilers...

Hi. I played IWD for a while, but it is very dificult, for me and most players that I know. One day, after trying to kill that *^%* dragon for the fifthe time, I thought, "Hmmm, I sure would like to see Imoen and Viconia again," so out came BGII and I have happily been playing it, since. BTW, I hear that IWDII is not doing well, commercially, so there goes the expansion pack, I guess. :(

I wnet away and came back two levels higher and he was sorry for the other twenty times. I even managed to kill the lost followers or whatever those six ****** are called.

I know this isn't really allowed but as there is no one in the proper forum just a quick Q, is level 16 in a five member party the right level to be at in severed hand, or have i missed loads of sub quests? (Sorry about not going to the right forum)

That's decent enough, I think. My three-characters-party was level 17 in the Severed Hand, IIRC; so you should be okay.

When I finish the game (or get really stuck with the new 3rd ed system) I'll start visiting the IWD2 forum. But its over five years since I managed to get through an entire game without being spoiled, so if I did stumble across any spoilers there I'd have to kill someone. And I dont want to have to do that. The mods woudnt like it I feel.

So far though the game does seem very good. Not the equal of BG2 by any stretch, but still very good.

probably because you log in at different time. that's why you see nobody there.
