Where is the Demig God lich in the docks districts and where are the crom Faeyar and the Gaesan bowand isnt the waveblade with the shadow guy in umar hills???

Here are you answres (SPOILERS)
Lich: in the building that says there is darkness, come at it with a rogue stone IIRC (thought that might be a diff quest, cant remember)
Crom Faeyar: You have to assemble the parts; the hammer of thunderbolts (temple sewers), the scroll of crom faeyar (Shadow Dragon), gauntlets of orge power (planar sphere), and I think something else
Gensen Bow: You have to assemble this also, the string is in the aslylum dungoen maze lvl 2, and the shaft is in the tanners shop in the bridge district
The Wave I think the blade is in the underwater city, and the other piece is somewhere else

The shaft of the wave is in the astral plane quest I think. The last part of the Crom Faeyar is a belt which I have never found does anyone know where that is? As for Kangaxx the Demi-Lich actually Xero I think your thinking of a place in the bridge district. Kangaxx is in a locked and trapped door that is somewhere to the right of the bottom of the tavern stairs and to the left of Mae'vars Thieve's Guild.

The belt is Girdle of Frost Giant Strength, it can be found in the underdark, this is how

You can enter a Kuo-toa stronghold in the underdark and from there enter a strange place with a statue. Summon an animal and place it in front of the big statue. The creature will die and some(6 I think) demon knights will be summoned and will attack you. One of those carry the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength as loot, AND you will also find Armor of the Hart (arguably the best armore in SoA)
