Hi guys. Happy New Year for everyone but me! I got a phone call this morning (waking me up I've only had 2 hours sleep) It was an officer a few hours up north from me. Anyways, his National guard unit has been activated and are going to Camp Atterbury for training before shipping out. He called to ask if I would be part of a detail going up there to help with the training. So, that means my New Year is ruined lol. However, it is good news. I will be getting two weeks active duty pay (which is nice since i can't go full time for 6 months) I am getting remebursed for my mileage up there and i get to play Army boy lol. But, the bad news is no parties, no girls, no drinks no fun. So, I spent four hours at the gym today. Now that I think of it. I did see the very attractive girl and we talked, but I digress. I have to get up at 0330 in the morning. So that means early lights out tonight. I have already taken some somnia pills or some such to help me fall asleep. I am excited though even thugh I am complaining, I am looking forward to it. I guess that would make this post moot then huh. But ones things for sure I guess. Happy NEW YEAR!!
Im going to sleep. :( I will be gone at least two weeks. Bye.
