I have gone through the game and done most of the subquests. I was able to find all the other pieces to Crom Faeyr but not the Hammer of Thunderbolts. It is driving me insane!

You need a key, the Sewer Key which is loot from Tazok from Windspear Hills.

Go to the Temple Sewers and locate a secret door at the north-east side. There are two secret doors, the one you want is on the right. Use the Sewer Key to unlock it.

Enter, pray you do not die and loot the Hammer of Thunderbolts from the last room.

Hint: Memorise some Chaotic Commands and Mordenkainen's Swords. Level 5 Clerical spell and level 7 Mage spell respectively.

And don't feel ashamed about not figuring that out, it's not the most obvious secret room in the game. ;)

CLOUDKILL.... have a mage that you Chaotic Command charge into the room, send off a wand/spell of cloudkill then shut them in the room... they will all slowly die.. MWHAHAHAHA! </font>
