Ok, I'm in the process of getting the Guildhall as my stonghold, anyway, can you tell me, when I do have it, what cools tuff I get along with just having it

You'll have a group of apprentice thieves, and you have to regulate what/who they target (stealing). They all have separate tasks, and the riskier the jobs are, the more money they'll bring in, but if they get caught, it's pretty much curtains for them. You have to fill a quota every few days in order to keep the guild, and you generally use the money the thieves bring in to pay this off. The trick is to be able to pay off the quota and earn a nice profit from the thieves' escapades without them getting caught, so balancing things is important here. Apart from that, you'll have your own merchant and a couple of thieves around the guildhall itself; one of them gives you the occasional minor quest to do that isn't too taxing. I like the thief stronghold very much; it's a nice little building you get and not too out of the way (like the ranger cabin in the Umar Hills). So that's basically what being a guildmaster entails - hope you enjoy it - I do ;)

If you're getting the Thief stronghold you may want to download the terrific 3rd party mod that enhances the quests on it. I don't have the URL for it right now, but I know there's been several mentions of it in the past week in several of the "MOD" posts here. I'll see if I can find the URL for it.
