totally by accident (i guess)i got 2 of those little knockers,

first one i got from the head-cowled-wizard-guy-person-whose-name-i-don't-know in the goverment district (the one who asks you to kill valgyar), pickpocketed it right out of his *ss

the second one i also got from this same guy, in lower levels of the planar sphere in the slums, looted it from his corpse

does he initially have two on him or is it just stinkin' luck?

must say this fellow here is very happy with two of them :D

He only has one - but you're supposed to get it after killing Tolgerias in the Sphere, where it will automaticly be left by his corpse. By pickpockting him earlier you get an 'extra' ring.

Good idea! The ring of Ram is good for Kangaxx. Two of them are better. Thanks, Faba. "Stinkin' luck" is a good thing sometimes.

You can ALSO get two "Rings of Gaxx" from Kangaxx the Demi-Lich if you have a thief that is skilled enough to pickpocket it from him before he goes postal. (you have like a split-second interval that you can do it in.) Then when he's dead, you can get the ring from his corpse as well; voila, two Rings of Gaxx!

This works on any creature that has a cool droppable item, if they're initially able to be pickpocketed.
