Whats your favourite type of cheese Steve? I quite like Bree... That is the smooth one isn't it? Mmm... Bree cheese on a hovis biscuit! :D

Wensleydale is my favourite cheese,it flakes in your mouth goes lovely with hovis biscuit also.

Isn't that really crumbly cheese? And really strong? I hate crumbly cheese, or strong cheese.. I like the nice mild smooth kind.. I like dairylea too ;) But i like proper cheese... Like bree on hovis.. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I like most cheeses apart from blue cheese, that just reminds me of my old friend sock-man, I miss that guy :(

I'm not really a cheese fanatic or anything... [img]tongue.gif[/img] but I could eat a grilled cheese everyday.

My Southern friends will also attest to the deliciosity of "hoop" cheese. Anything that's greasy enough to soak through wax paper has to be good. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I must admit, I've never met a cheese I didn't like.

One of my more favorite cheese is applewood cheddar it goes so good with burgers. And brie is very good as well.
