Last night was my Middle School October dance. It was great!!!!I've finally relized the joys of slow dancing. ;) I would slow dance with anyone who wanted too.Which was alot...yea. I've also relized the joys of dancing a jig. We had music,a DJ,strobe lights, color lights, anything that made the dance better. The last song was some cha-cha song. Not the normal odd cha-cha.The new and improved rap cha-cha! And I got to slow dance with the girl I have a really big crush on. :D (Note:My old girlfriend and I broke up for personal reasons.)

Sounds like you had a good time. And getting to dance with some one that you have a crush on is a bonus.

Ah man I wish I could be you. At my HS we were a bunch of wall flowers. LMAO! :D Nothing better than dancing with a girl you have a crush on, even if she drags you onto the dance floor lol. ;) Oh and aren't strobe lights awesome?

Well at least you can get women... None seem to like me here in that sort of way...

I don't know if it is the same where you are, but when I was growing p and dating it seemed that all the girls loved to dance but guys never did. It wasn't manly or it wasn't cool. Looking back on my dating years it seems that some of my best memories are from times I was dancing with a girl I really liked. Girls love it and I can see you have found out how much fun it can be.
Good for you; may this be just one of many pleasant memories in your life. http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies...y/luxhello.gif

Lucky you.
I was one of those poor unfortunate souls who was too self-concious to dance (slow dances being the exception). I always felt like people would see me and laugh (owing to my Dexterity score of 2).

my 2 problems are #1 i can't dance (well, i can waltz but..) and #2 theres nowere here to dance (even if i could). so it doesn't look like i'll be dancing any time soon (wahoo!)

I like to dance, I'm OK at it, well at least I've never killed or maimed someone while on the dance floor. Mostly I like skanking Jamaican style to 60s ska, you youngsters probably won't know what the heck I'm on about!

Most men I know don't like to dance, and my ex wouldn't even try, just used to go for the 'moody looking sod at the bar' look. But my current bloke enjoys it, it does feel unusual dancing with a bloke when you're not used to it!

Hey! That's the same reason all my old relationships ended.

Glad you had a great time.
