Over the weekend, I did alot of switching between this forum and the Bioware NWN forum. While posting here, I noticed something very strange...
The picture from the top of the main Bioware had replaced my September 11th banner in my sig!?!?!?!? I figured it was a fluke and refreshed, but it didn't go away. Weirder still? When I went to the Bioware site, my September 11th banner(stretched out of shape) replaced theirs on their site. The ultimate weird? Rebooting didn't fix it. Finally, I turned off all the privacy settings on Zone Alarm, then rebooted, reset ZA, and the problem was solved. I've been using ZA since I got this computer and have been running the current version for two weeks. I can't figure it out. Weird Ronn. Funny though, 'cuz I didn't notice it at all...

Ronn...I did not know it either, but we are not allowed to take pictures from Bioware and post them here like that. The last time I did it, Bioware e-mailed Ziroc and requested that he remove the picture from my post. He did so. You should go ahead and delete this one so he don't get into trouble and you receive an e-mail from him about it.

Thats weird. Cant see why it happened. If they ahd the same filename I could sorta see how it could happen, but they dont.
Larrys right though, in general you shoudnt post a link to a pic on another site, but host a copy of it in your own webspace instead. Theres something in the TOS about it IIRC. |

Thanks Larry, I didn't think about the legal angle ;) [ 10-14-2002, 04:01 PM: Message edited by: Ronn_Bman ] |
