Where are the fallen Paladins in the Bridge District

They´re up in the northeast section, in some kind of an alley. Just look carefully and you´ll find them.

No, hermit09 got it right. The people in Desolar's Inn are connected to the Limited Wish Quest.

thats a wierd quest. i would like to help the fallen paladins but i needed the Radiant Heart's help :(
