Jan has the quest about the Hidden, but it's probably the most poorly-thought-out one in the game, and he doesn't even go on it himself. Also, Yoshimo encourages you toward the Renal Bloodscalp quest, and has his own quest that he prefers to handle himself.

About Cernds child wut happen s after u help him get the kid back? he goes to the Grove and can u bring him back into ur party? i never did this quest cuz that druid grove is a pain in the a** i hate that map... thanks 4 ur help.

Yes you can get Cernd back at the Grove.

Minsc's quest is Umar Hills and the Shadow Lord; same as Ranger stronghold. If your main character is not a ranger and Minsc is in your party, Delon (the little boy from Imnesvale) will target him for conversation in the Government district.

Also: Nalia's personal quest is getting abducted by her fiancee, Isaea Roenall, and your having to rescue her by proving him a criminal.

Aerie's personal quest is given to her by "Uncle Quayle" to go check on Raelis Shai and the Sigil Troope at the 5 flagons theatre, which sets off the Haer'Dalis and Planar Prison quests (Bard stronghold).
