I need to know how I can find out my IP address.

Next time you could just use the "run" option in your Windows Start Menu (assuming you're using Windows) and type in "winipcfg". Your ip-adress should be displayed then. ;)

Windows NT, 2K and XP will need to run "cmd" and then ipconfig to get the IP.

Dont write it down BTW, unless your on a permanent connection it can and does change regularly. Which makes hosting games and suchlike activities far too much work, but doable.

I've fooled that website *chuckle* use chained proxies and you'll know what i mean. Hehe!! The point is that websites like that are not reliable.

How did you determine this? If you used WINIPCFG, that program doesn't always give you the right IP. I've noticed that windows doesn't always report the correct IP when used with DHCP.
