What do you think the difference is between (in D+D) a character that has been raised from death by the spell Resurrection and a creature that has been resurrected that is considered 'Undead'. I mean, huh?

I think that the undead draw their energy from the negative enrgy plane while resurrected people draw theirs from the positive energy plane. Just a guess though!!!

resurrected is brought back from the dead, and undead is still dead, just walking and stuff. there is the whole lack of the soul thing, of the undead and that is why they draw their energies from the negative plain and somone resurrected is still in the prime material plane
