Ok, so SomeGuy has now explained the situation to me. He has changed screen names and so has a new email adress. He edited it here, and he says that IW sent him a new password. well, unfortunately his email isn't working properly, so he can't recieve it. Can you help in some way? Many thanks.

CableOne has a web email service, if he hasnt got outlook (or whatever) working with his new account, he should be able to pick it up there.
