Today, I had an urge to cook which, considering my hectic work schedule of late, hasn't happened very much.

I made boneless pork loin cut into inch-thick chops seasoned with a mixture of honey, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, steak seasoning, olive oil and spicy mustard.

I also made red potatoes cubed up and baked with sauteed onions and garlic.

Then I added a splash of green by serving green beans with it, too.

Needless to say, my best friend is as of this moment thinking I am truly a Goddess in the kitchen. ;)

Just thought I'd post this up in case anyone wants to give a new flavor combo a try. I wasn't too sure about all those conflicting spices, etc. with the pork, but it really is good.

LMAO, Moni! ;)

I'll have to figure out measurements (as I don't usually measure things when I cook - dash of this, splash of that), but I'll work it up and call it Brenda's Amazing Pork Chops.

*still giggling*

*still blushing* LOL ;)
It will be great to have your recipe in the kitchen!
Thanks!

P.S. don't worry about having exact measurements! My little brother's spaghetti sauce recipe (that unfortunately, I LOST) was literally "two shakes of this and three shakes of that with a pinch of something else" LOL...it tasted great! Whatever you are comfortable with is what counts!

Moni

There was a nice one in the Fallout 1 manual for baked rat, iirc. I'll try to dig that one up but it might be copyrighted so i'm not to sure if it'll be legal.
