what do you use to make npcs can anyone give me the run down on making the and everything?

<font color="gold">I'm not sure if you can make NPCs with this, but there is atleast somethig called Kit Maker or something on TeamBG, under the Basic Customizing-section. If that's not what you want, search through the site, and you'll probably find the right program. ;)
