two questions..
1. dont tell me i have to restart, but by mistake i cast haste twice in a town and now the coweled offiecrs are after me. i managed to run away... but... dunno.

2. in the sewers in the temple district, i can not go to the cult of unseeing eye. i activated the quest already and when i go there it has a question mark saying something about an eye on a wall and you cant pass any further... help please!

possible spoilers

1. they should leave you alone if you leave the area, if not just kill them and then don't worry about it,

2. Did you get keldorn yet? u might need that and did you talk to the priests in the temple of helm? i think you need to do both of those to get it to work

yeah u might not want to kill them if you are RPing a good aligned party so all you can really do is run away. personally I usually play evil parties, and i end up casting spells in town on purpose just to kill more cowled fools. they stop coming after awhile btw ;)

just go to the government building and the council of six place and give the guy 5k and cast all u want. thats what i did

Here is how I always got the Unseeing Eye quest:
When I would be walking through the Temple District, I would come upon a bunch of people talking about a new God, the Unseeing Eye, and how they should all follow him.
After all the talk is done and everybody starts walking away, some guy starts talking to you and tells you to come to the Temple of Helm.

When you go into the Temple of Helm, talk to the guy on the stairs (don't remember the name), and he askes you to go down into the sewers and investigate the Cult of the Unseeing Eye.
Once you accept, you can go down into the sewers and into the lair of the Cult.

You will run into keldorn before you get to the "door" to the Cult, and he will ask to join your party. Whether you let him join, or not, is up to you. It won't affect the quest in any way.
