When you set of a trap sometimes a massive bolt of lightning falls from the'sky'. Or when you do the Return the dawn ring quest and say that talos may strike me down and the same bolt of lightning comes down. What spell or bolt of lightning is it?

If nobody cast those spells on you, then it is probably a random event, like in BG. If you want it to stop, I think you turn off the "Weather" button on the options page.

The "fire spell" that Irenicus uses on you is the animation of melfs minute meteors.

Also why can't you use all those krazy spells dragons have. Like for example i was fooling around and started killing adalon i had all these spell protections on like spell trap and junk but without dispelling da crap i had she blasted right throught hem and killed me instantly
