I really get sick of paladins, Anoen is a perfect example of annoyance mixed with arrogence, are there anyother ppl here who hate paladins?

Paladins are OK, but I coudnt eat a whole one. Maybe I could *after* theyve run into a dragon...

Say, that would save on cooking as well. Result.

i hate paladins.. they r too snooby and thnk they are soo good. They allways talk about fighting for justice but they dont do so good againt a gated monster [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have found though, that a paladin will make a cute little squeeking, gurgling sound when you sink a blade just below his left shoulder blade....

Yup, Paladins are most irksome. The only person type in SoA that i hate more are those snobby nobles. Unfortunatly though, the cavalier is a great class and you can not use Carsomyr without a paladin.

Hehehe.... I love making poor choices for Keldorn's NPC quest. Serves him right, I say.

And Anomen is NOT a paladin - he's an irritating little piss-ant, who gets killed one way or another in EVERY game I play. :D

Anomen is a Fighter/Cleric of Helm (or Torm, it seems to change from dialog to dialog [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] ) He becomes a Knight, but not a Paladin. Please don't judge palys on the basis of him! [img]graemlins/uhoh1.gif[/img]

Mazzy, I think, is the same way...a Female Halfling Knight, but not a Paladin. Keldorn Firecam is the only NPC Paladin in the game. He's pretty cool...and he doesn't cut Anomen any slack, either! ;)

I see Calaethis' point. Paladins do tend to get on one's nerves. I cannot bear them purely on the basis of their attitudes. Anomen is not a bad warrior but his personality would be enough to drive the Pope to drink. Keldorn's stats are poor. His strength is crap, his dexterity (and therefore his AC) is low and, to put it bluntly, I find him an arrogant, self-righteous and thoroughly stuffy old fart. Sincere apologies to Sir Exxon :D

That depends.
There are annoying palladins and headstrong palladins just as there are noble palladins and wise palladins.
Personally I like them! :D
