Just a short little question, my friend and I were having a discussion the other day on who wrote the original to "Puff the magic dragon".
Now I claim it was "Peter, Paul and Mary" who did the original, while my friend says it was "The mamas and the papas".
Now I'm practically sure that he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, but I thought I'd get a third opinion on this one, that's where you get into the picture.

It was written by Peter Yarrow of Peter Paul & Mary in 1963.
