I`ve been using the
tag lately to remove the underline from my links, and was wondering how to force it to be inline ??
I have tried tags, and the command, but neither seems to work.

Also, can the div tag be used to change the font attributes ??

Lennon, i believe what your experiencing is the forum software overriding your attempts to keep it all on one line. it does that to make it all fit on the page with out having to scroll over. Not that i know why you would want it to be wider than the page, but you could try putting it in a table with the no break stuff. and yes you can use
to change font attributes, but its not the only way (which of course you know) I dont remember exactly how to do it all, i'd have to research it again.

Some tags take new lines automatically when you use them, and the text after you close them takes a new line again. Inline tags stay on the same line, as if under a discretionate break: that is, they don`t take a new line unless the text in them will even without the HTML.
Tags that are NOT inline include
, and <H[1-6]>. Inline tags are things like , and .

So basically, inline means in the line ;)
