hold down the shift key when you put the disc in.

Or download tweakui. Just do a search on any search enigine. This interface will let you do a number of small settings [img]smile.gif[/img]

I could email it to you. OR I could just give you a link like this one. http://www.guru3d.com/files/ and let you get it yourself. this site also has the latest nVidia drivers. And several other utilities as well. Have a browse. I think I downloaded about 15 files in all.

I could have sworn on XP had a box that popped up on the autoload and one of the boxes said "dont ask me again". Tick the box and click NO.
Knowing XP it wont work permanently. I know theres a way to do it but you might mess something else up trying to get rid of autoplay if you do it through msconfig.

im getting a top of the line computer this summer and i've shopped around, what im going to do is take a G4 and crossbreed it with the components form a P4 gateway, Nvidia software, Duel Operating systems, it's going to work out quite well... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Right click the drive icon in My computer and select properties. Choose the Autoplay tab and go to it! It's a hokey setup and will take some time and a few clicks, but you can customize for a few different kinds of cd types. Unfortunately in XP home, that's pretty much the only way to do it without editing the registry or using a proggie like Tweak XP. Just a side note, Tweak XP is worth the download as it has some rather good customizing features. While your at it grab Bootvis as well to optimize your boot times.
