I tought to be a good little netizen, and do a search on a topic I was about to ask, and I just couldn't find the 'search' link anywhere on the board. Doesn't this board have such a basic funtion or have my eyes become too old?

As for the FAQ, is it neccessary to have all smilies in that page. There's hundreds of them and thus loading the page is slow even on a broadband connection. Not good since considering that in theory (altough rarely in practise [img]smile.gif[/img] ) the FAQ should be the first thing you read when coming to a new discussion board. It would be better to have just links to separate pages where the smilies are shown. Might be also a good idea to categorise them a bit.

We do have a search function, but a minor bug in the forum software means it crashes the server for a minute every time someone uses it. Not Good At All. So its off for the moment.

Still, you are to be commended for making the atempt to be a good netizen.
