ok can anyone please fully fully explain how is the jaheira romance timer activated... i heard something about real time and in-game time... something about pausing game and waiting...

need full explanation.. i want to finish jaheira romance fast before chapter four... as i want imoen before i do other quests.. i reached the point after she betrays harpers... right after her dialogue (i prefer forest to concrete cities) something like that...

like i said i want an explanation of how the timer works... something about leaving game paused... please help

All the romances in the game including Jaheira's operate based on a real timer.That means that every hour(real time) that you play you get a new dialogue.
From what you've said I suppose you are at LT 31.
However if you want th romance to progress don't ever tell her that she is a traitor.

Yes.
EDIT:For most dialogues.Some require that the party rests outdoors.
