Woot. The parralells between 1990's Afghanistan and current Somalia is frightening. I'm all for supporting the warlords in this case, I'd rather have starvation, masscres and infighting rather then another Islamic Theocracy.

Hutus and Tutsis are in Rwanda. And yes, they are still killing each other, although not at the devastating pace they once were.
