I don't know what to do. I am doing the Unseeing Eye quest, I got the half of the rod, but I don't know what to do. If I give the half of the rod to the beholder, won't he kill me? but if I don't give the half to him, what do I do? pickpocket it?

your not supposed to give the rod to it thats if you good if your evil give the rod to it, but to kill it you have to go to the temple and kill the manefestation of hate with a heal spell to complete the quest

Have you talked with the cast out believer after obtaining the rod from the temple. He has information as to how to get the other half. DO NOT TALK TO GAAL after getting the first half of the rod.

The second half of the rod is in the beholders lair, you need to talk to the blind priest you met and he'll tell you how to get in there. NOTE - save before entering, you may want to go retrieve some anti-beholder items. Baldurans Shield comes highly recommended, talk to deirdre in the adventurers mart.

F*CK that, lol im not evil but i dont like cults so i talked to gaal, he gave me his key, teleported away, then i killed the gaurds then killed their god [img]smile.gif[/img] quest complete.
