*bump* :'( i need to know what these do lol
|
The winter wolf pelt you can sell for 150gp and the broken sword you just throw away, and yes there other broken items in the game for example broken shield and armour i think
|
thanks! so there is no use for them at all?

No there isnt... they do not forge in to anything :( ... the winter pelt can be sold but the other stuff is useless :(

The broken items are left over from bg1 i think. In bg1 the iron was tainted (the great iron crisis of the Sword Coast, nearly started a war between Baldurs Gate and Amn and master mind by Sarevok, if u didnt know) meaning every so often swords would brake etc.

I once picked up a winter wolf pelt, and clicked on it to read its description. Oddly enough, there was an "open container" button under the winter wolf pelt description. So I clicked the button. Sure enough, I could "open" the winter wolf pelt, and put things into it, like gems, rings, etc. Very odd.

Thats a glitch - when I SKd myself a wolf pelt (I wondered why it was marked container) the game crashed. I woudnt trust it to hold anything valuable.
There are many miscelaneous items in the game - some have a use, most dont. You need to use your judgement, but its usualy pretty obvious what you need. |
