Sup folks, i´m new in this forum and i´m lovin it. Actually i'm new in BG 2 also, i started plyaing it a couple weeks ago ( got tired of that kill cows/create new char from Diablo II) so i´m playing this RPG and havin some trouble with the spell and dungeons, but i can put myself together and my party seems a lil better now,tho i took a look and the faq in this site and it is very complete, tho there are many subquest that arent listed, and i'm havin a bad time with that babe Samia in the windspear hills dungeon, i took her quest and she send me to find some stuff from a king Sthrom III, well i found a shield and a sword and then she brought her team close to mine party and started attacking me, she destroyed my nooblar party (hehe) and so i reloaded from a save made before and said yes to her quest but instead of lookin for the shield and sword i just kiled before she couls sumon her party, well the problem is that now i cant finish her quest and the quest still appears in my Quest Book, is there anyway this can be removed from there?

Theres no penalty for taking a looooooong time to finish her quest, so you could accept it and come back when your party is strong enough to wipe the floor with hers. Serves her right anyway.

With a low-level party you can gain a huge advantage in this battle by positioning your fighters next to where her magic-users will appear, with your magic users safely out of the way. After cunking her MRs, your at a significant advantage.

Oh, and theres a rather large battle coming up, but I wont spoil it. Suffice to say your going to be very impressed.

Double-click on your journal entry to edit it. This includes deletion and replacing names with swear words if you so desire. To delete, simply erase the entire entry.

Thanks for the replies, the quest cannot be completed cause i have already killed samia weekes ago and now that quest still pops-up in my Quest Book like if it could be completed, thanks for ur help folks.
P.S. hehehe, Bram Stoker´s Dracula is pretty cool, so i felt like it would be nice to inspirate in the book.

all u gotta do is erase the entry in your journal. double click it to edit then hit ctrl + a then like the 'j' key or somethign then it will replace it all with the letter 'j' or whatever u hit then backspace the 'j'. u cant just copy it all and hit backspace i dont think so thats why i said hit the j key or something

As far as your uncompleted quest, if you can't delete it, (congrats on killing Samia, wish I thought of it) just ignore it... you will be past this chapter in no time. There will probably be many quests that will be in the works to complete.

Don't be afraid to ask for more walkthroughs or quests if you like. There are sites out that that will give hints without spoiling as well.

Enjoy the game! If you get a chance, check out the first Baldur's Gate game. It is also quite the challenge. :D
