How do you turn on the console? I tried but can't find the file. How do you get shadowkeeper also?

To enable the console you open your baldur.ini file and you type
under PROGRAM OPTIONS "Debug Mode=1" without the quotation marks
then under GAME OPTIONS "Cheats=1" again without the ".
Then start your game and pause.
Then press ctrl+space to open the console window.
The baldur.ini file is in your BGII file.
