Well my question is - should i go fetch Imoen now or get more XP???
Im chapter 3 (finished i think) - The main thief dude says the ship is waiting, Ive droped Yoshi and taken Korgan (My Party - Me(Level 12), Minsc(10), Valygar(11), Edwin(12), Jaheira(10/12), and Korgan(12)
I have done very few of the out of town missions, The keep and windspear one, thats it. PS -did twisted ruin and won...:)

Should i attempt to fetch Imoen now or do some more missions???

In my opinion that´s totally up to you - it´s just a matter of taste if you want to do the quests in chapter 6 or earlier or do them at all ...
I ventured to free Imoen with a party of an average level of about 12-13 I think. I encountered no problems relating to my level rescuing Imoen and *solving* the following stuff.

my main reason for thinking this is so that Imoen gets the XP points and not jerks like Yoshimo...

But don´t forget if your party is more high level these XP differences level out.
I did most of the quests before rescuing Imoen so she´s about 800.000 XP behind. Now after returning from the *rescue mission* that´s just one level compared to my mage staying all the time with the party.
In my opnion that´s not a real problem.

What it the XP Max?
In that case I should probably keep rotating the NPC and enjoy the game - so what if Yoshi is going to betray me - there will probably be more than enough oppertunity to make up the XP points after he DIES AT MY HAND.
Perhaps ill chang Minsc for a while and take Anomen(???) or whatever...!

One other major problem i got is - Im a a Chaotic Good Archer - and for some reason - I dont know when this happened - I have become a "Fallen Archer" How do I fix this - my rep is 12 and increasing...

It's definately a personal taste issue, but I will say going through more of the side quests preImoen rescue banks you some nifty items to beef up your toons - which in turn of course makes the entire affair much easier to deal with.

But again, I'd suggest just to work it out to fit your playstyle. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Kind of a tough call. I normally do all quests first before going. The only problem with this is that I have found that when I finally get to Irenicus, my party is so strong that the final battles with him are rather anticlimactic. In other words, he's a relatively easy kill. If you want more of a challenge battling him, you may want to go sooner.
The other issue is that if you have TOB loaded and you go to save Imoen early, you wont be able to come back and finish up the SOA quests until after you have had your final showdown with Bodhi. That I personally don't like as they then become very anticlimactic. So it is really up to your personal taste and what you want to accomplish and when.

you cannot fix the "fallen archer"...you are just a normal fighter, this happens when you go below rep 8 with any archer kit and 12 with any paladin...you have to reload a game if you want to still be an archer...

well, there are advantages to both. If u get her sooner you can move on with the game and get her back up to speed with all the exp plus ull have some quests to do when u get back so she wont be behind in lvl. If you wait and do the quests you can get some good stuff, items and stuff, to help your party. its really your choice. BUT, i would do you char stronghold deffinelty before going
