i just installed (i think) those 2 patches, but im not sure. where are the bonus merchants? do they appear in the game im in or do i need to start a new game?

They will appear in the game, no restart needed.
One of them stands in the middle of the Copper Coronet, the other one in the backside of the Adventurer's Market. ;)

arghh, they arnt there.
you unzip the dl files into your BG folder dont you?

Joluv is the merchant in Copper Coronet.

Simply extract the files AR0406.BCS and AR0702.BCS contained in the download to your Baldur's Gate 2 Override folder, and quit/restart BG2 if it's already running.

thanks, got it workin now

does anyone know where i can DL the patch/cheat so i can do the ctl/I conversation thingy

Not an actual patch you have to do on that, you just need to have cheats enabled from your folder. To do this, you need to go into your baldurs gate folder, and find your baldur.ini file. When you click on this to open it, it will open just like a notepad file or such.

Once inside the file, find the heading named [Program Options]. Underneath that line, you'll see a lot of commands with number values set after them.

Start a new line anywhere at all under that heading, and type in:

Debug Mode=1

just as it appears where I typed it. Then voila, hop in game and ctrl+i yourself silly.
