They had breaking news that kerry conceded the race. Can't find anything else on it but it was on cnn. Can anyone confirm it? Does that mean Bush wins?

edit: Kerry was told to be holding a speech later and Bush after him
edit 2: reason was because Kerry though the US were too didided

The reason was that Ohio's vote is almost finished, and there's still a 100,000+ margin.
