...The worlds a safer place.

We've already discussed this in a way in this topic, but that one contained more talking about Kerry than about the actual disappearance anyway. Let's continue that debate in your topic, then.

As far as I can tell you just linked to the same article that Lanesra did.

Lucern 10-28-2004 02:46 AM

I think he meant that it's the same topic, but the other was posted in Felix's thread about an unrelated topic (Kerry).

Right, but then shouldn't he link to the page of the thread that mentions the article, and not just link back to the article again? Or am I missing something...

You know, there are some issues you really don't have to push once you've made them once, especially as someone else has already fixed it - you've made your point, no need to start dancing all over my grave just because my copy/paste didn't catch on and I accidently linked to the site that was previously stored under the copy/paste function (as I discussed the very same CNN article in that other topic).

It's fixed now, so now you can finally start discussing the actual issues again. Sheesh.

The broader issue here is the sweeping lack of security at many weapon dumps across Iraq during and after the initial 3 week invasion stage of the war. Many of these unsecured weapons and munitions have been and are still being used to kill Iraqis and multi-national forces.

I mostly blame a lack of foresight, one of those 'failures of imagination', by the planners of the occupation.

So its now official. Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. Should we invade so we can keep those weapons safe from use against the US or its allies.... hang on  groundhog day
