Now that Mahathir has gone, his #2 whom he jailed on a Sodomy conviction (a revenge attack), Mr.Anwar has been freed after six years.

Good for the region, good for Malaysia. A wrong has been righted to a degree.

He was not only jailed because of sodomy charges. He was also jailed because of power corruption. It was not a revenge attack.

If he clean up his act. Not misused his power if he is given it. Then I say it is good for Malaysia.

I hope Anwar gets his back sorted out. He has been in constant pain every day from the police bashings. We will know true independence of the courts have arrived when Mahathir is discussing the pro's and cons of sodomy with his butch cellmate [img]graemlins/evillaughter1.gif[/img]
