At the weakend an elderly woman died of a heart attack after a confrontation with a younger woman who were arguing over a parking space at a car boot sale. This argument resulted in the elderly lady being hit and later suffering a massive heart attack. This all happened in Glasgow on Saturday the 14th of August.

The attacker has been charged with the murder of the elderly woman and her husband has also been charged over the matter. I didn't think that such a situation would be murder but manslaughter as the assault only triggered the heart attack. So it also shows that not only road rage can cause harm but car park rage can be just as bad.

<font face="Verdana" size="3" color="#00FF00">Well if you hit someone you have the chance to kill them. One kid was charged with murder up here because of a normal school yard fight. Hit to the head, the other kid just falls over dead. Nothing out of the ordinary same as any two punks dueling on the playground over a girl just one guy didn't walk out. Pretty crappy but fluke incident that left two kids lives ruined! The law is the law and it does not care that fate/fortune had a twist to change something that would be normally assault to murder. A judge however may decide to be lenient on the punishment if he so decides.

If they can prove that the incident truly caused her death, then I say throw the book at them. Unfortunately it probably will not be enough time.
