I have created a female lawful evil halfling priestess of Talos and she told me she would like to have me find a boyfriend for her. So I am thinking I'd get her Sir Anomen, but I am not sure if he'd be interested in her, since she's both evil and a halfling. Does anyone know if this will work or would I have to cheat? Furthermore is there some sort of table/list for the romances, explaining which of the four NPC's will want to engage themselves with what classes and/or alignments?

HE does, but only with certain classes/races/genders. The kind folk at baldurdash have kindly overridden all of that.

You don't need to download anything.
Halflings can romance LEGALLY with every romancing NPC.(No same sex romance available though)
