Note: please do not mention religion, evolution, or Bush's spending habits in this thread. As I do not want it mysteriously closed with no comment. ;)
Netherlands Nabs Nigeria Scammers (E-Biz Friday) Dutch police raid 23 apartments and arrest 52 people in one of the largest busts of suspected Nigerian e-mail hucksters. The detainees' identities are not released, but police believe most were, in fact, Nigerian. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
Wow, thanks for the story Rokenn, I hadn't heard that!
Dammit we're good - think I'll start a religion to worship the Dutch or do you think Bush might not like things evolving in that way? :D ;) [ 02-02-2004, 11:33 AM: Message edited by: Melusine ] |

Great news though I hadn't seen a Nigerian email scam in my spam-box in quite a while. Go Dutch police, get them spamscammers!
*Sprinkles 'thread-stay-open' Mojo all around* |
Well, considering Bush's profligacy, it would've taken a $17 million investigation and 80 FBI agents to take the spamscammers down here, but that's probably a good thing because God has blessed us to evolve into big spenders who drive the consumerism side of the economic process.
