On a similiar note, on the same day as this my fiance's Dad was walking his dog in the park with his lawyer when another dog owner lost control of her hound and it ran up and bit him on the leg.

I wonder if he sues if his lawyer can call himself as a witness? :D

A lawyer should always try to avoid representing a client in a case where he may be called as a witness.
