come now kill a non hostile character lose good rep that way

Use a skull trap in a area where there is loads of people, also some quests lower your reputation like the kidnapping quest and a few others but i cant remember them.

go into a civilian house.

steal from the people and get spotted, then flee the house

this way you lose only 1 rep rather than the tonnes from killing somebody

But if you dont want to have the stress with stealing (lol, [img]tongue.gif[/img] ), you can just download Shadowkeeper, and use it to easily change your rep. ;) </font>

why exactly are you lowering your reputation? if you have been roleplaying correctly, it shouldn't be a problem, since your rep shouldn't be too high anyway. If you have ToB installed, then party members won't leave because of rep. However, from a truly nasty NE perspective, having a 20 rep makes your life easier, since everyone likes you, owes you favors, you get discounts, and people are MUCH easier to exploit when they adore you.

another way is to (only if you're NOT romancing her) kick Vicky out of your party. you will gain 2 points, putting you at 20 if you had 18 before. then gain the reputation, which can't put you over 20, and grab Vicky real quick before other evil members start leaving. the newly gained rep point will be wasted, and you'll be back at 18. sneaky.
