He is an elf that got power hungry... got exiled from Suldanessellar then stole the Bhaalspawns soul to remove the divine curse upon him... then he attacked suldanessellar then you killed him... ...this wasnt really Joneleth's intension and idea, it was Bodhi's. IIRC, she was the one who suddenly wanted more power, and then dragged her brother into the whole thing. So if you think that way, you have killed the main enemy already before you enter Suldanellesar. ;) </font>

y'know, you can watch any movie you have seen so far by pressing the "Movies" button at the main screen in the game, before you have loaded. You can watch the end over and over again, or just see the cool sunrise/sunset videos whenever you want.

You cannot replay movies you have not yet seen in the game, though, and it only works for those CGI black-bordered ones, not dream sequences and whatnot.
