LOL. I think the thief is as stupid as the victim. If I broke into a car and found half a million bucks I would make for the nearest border with nice weather and retire.

For anyone unaware- A recent 100+million dollar lottery winner was at a strip club when someone broke into his car and stole a breifcase with 500,000 or so dollars in it. The thief dumped the briefcase, money and all, in a nearby alley.
