ive only bought bg2 and throne of bhall- should i get neverwinter

if so what is it like in terms of classes and levels??

you can also import your bg2 character into neverwinter nights!!

True--you can attempt to imprt your character, but all that gets saved is your name, gender, race, class, and kit. You start out at Level 1, and you don't even keep your stats. Which I don't mind, because moseying around Neverwinter with a character who's already beaten Throne of Bhaal would be dull as dirt. You could probably kill the entire city on your first day.
