try getting shadow keeper.any item in the game is going to be in it and you don't need to look up clua codes.

somewhere, not sure where, dan simpson has written an item list for every item, its code, and its description, including ToB items. it is much easier to have that open at the same time as BGII, and just use the Alt-Tab thing to switch between them. it saves tons of time, and doesn't cause you to have hundreds of savegames to choose from.

just search on google or lycos for "dan simpson" and a whole bunch of item names. it should find it, especially if you pick not-too-often used items with unique names. (hrothgar, valhalla, etc.)
