For some reason every single link I have checked out - at least 10! - the link is down or they no longer offer the Experience Cap remover... what is the deal? Am I playing the regular BG2 SOA out of vogue? Sigh.

ToB is a much better bet than an XP cap remover. if you get the XP cap remover first, then ToB, you don't get any High Level Abilities (they are REALLY nice). :( Also, the XP cap removers only let you go to lvl 40, (max the engine allows) and most classes go to lvl 38 or so (duals, etc.) with ToB, so it's a much better option to just go on a single-item shopping binge and buy Throne of Bhaal.

but, if you're really cheap and don't want the coolest items, coolest enemies, coolest abilities, and coolest settings, try Baldurdash or Gamebanshee, and that should work. if not, tough cookies. wait a few days.

At the risk of getting flame broiled.... I have a Mac with OS X. ToB isn't out and don't have a projected date for it yet. Sigh....

EDIT - here we go. You just extract this file and put it into your override directory. I'm not at all sure how this all works on a Mac, but I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out [img]smile.gif[/img]

Thank you. Most PC stuff will work in this game as well, but some things are harder to get than others. ToB is just another lesson in patience... Maybe I should go through without it. [img]tongue.gif[/img] But NOT EVERY GAME!! [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
