there are cheat codes to crate monsters CLUAConsole:CreateCreature
how can these be used to create npcs like in BG1??

also i heard there is a cheat code allowing anyone to join your party... what is it??

Can only do it if you have TOTSC installed. Pretty much same thing, CreateCreature("Khalid") Khalid comes, put yer cursor over him and hold Ctrl Q.
